Tarte à la raisinée
Use a 26 cm Ø flan ring.
Ingredients:
- Shortcrust pastry
- 2 cups of raisinée
- 5 dl of milk
- 2 dl cream
- 1 egg
- Sugar to taste
- 2 teaspoons of cornflour
Mix the sugar and the cornflour with other ingredients in a saucepan and bring briefly to the boil. Prick the pastry base and pour the mixture into it.
Cook in the ovent at 170°C for 40 minutes.
